Fairly clean and ideal place with good staff who need to be trained in customer service. Posh area, remote location adjacent to great restaurants and cafes, and the waterfront. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Jeddah Fountain View.

Great staff, breakfasts were amazing.

Stayed for 2 nights in this fantastic and stunningly beautiful place, greatly enjoyed that. Our room was bright and tidy, included an electronic key card, cable channels, and ironing facilities. The venue's position was remote. Convenience stores and shops were right next door.

The hotel's location was nice, to the Fountain area of the Jeddah Corniche with convenience stores and shops within walking distance. Also, Al-Balad was 5 km away.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak and the bathroom I had was very small.

all in all everything was good, had a fantastic stay for my aramco visit. the location was great and amazing - walking distance to everywhere i wanted to go. moreover, it was close enough to the waterfront, and the sea.

The central location and really helpful staff were the highlight of this wonderful stay. Easy access to King Abdulaziz airport, which was about 21 minutes' drive away. Great service, though a few employees were bad. The bed was big and the room was excellent and tidy.

A beautifully appointed property, neat, particularly good location in a very elite district. It has very well mannered staff who need to be trained in customer service. The rooms are silent and spacious plus have essentials you need. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was good.

I greatly enjoyed its well managed employees.

The breakfast was marvelous and marvellous and the parking was on-site. The room was a nice size, the bathroom was tidy. Location: the hotel was near to great restaurants and a new sports centre and the Jeddah Corniche.

Favourable and magnificent position in Jeddah. Great service within 16 miles of the airport. Big beds, modern rooms and fairly clean bath.

During our stay, we were pleased with the convenient location of the hotel. The swimming pool area was a great place for our children to cool off and have some fun. the hotel was situated near the waterfront, making it easy for us to enjoy leisurely walks and take in the beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a long day of activities. The friendly staff was always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

We did encounter some issues with the bathroom, as the toiletries were not provided as expected.

The room was a nice size and silent with view, we stayed in all day. Its perfect, central location was a plus. A convenience shop and convenience stores were right next door.
